West Pecan roasts its coffee in house on a Bellwether Roaster! The Bellwether Roaster is an all electric small batch roaster which allows West Pecan to roast fresh coffee throughout the week.

All of our coffee syrups are made in house, including our signature drink the Pecan Sunrise. The Pecan Sunrise is an espresso based drink with oat milk featuring a roasted pecan, sweet bourbon, and orange zest reduction.

From a seasonal Iced Latte to a classic Cortado, there is something on the coffee menu for you.
